On Demand Imagery Solutions (ODIS) is pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2012 ODIS has merged with Matrix Solutions Inc., a progressive engineering and environmental company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The merger of these two innovative companies will help create an environment that is sure to accelerate the development of new technologies and applications for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) in the natural resources sector.

Greg Lewis, founder of On Demand Imagery Solutions, will be employed by Matrix Solutions, based out of their Virden, Manitoba office. Greg will continuing to serve the clients he has developed over the past 8 years and looks forward to working with the talented team that Matrix has assembled.
